A Southern girl born and raised in McMinnville, TN, I moved to the Seattle area in 1998. I'm the mother of two cool kids, a self-proclaimed BBW, founder of the largest and original peer community for postpartum mood disorders, a former reporter, a future novelist, a novice stand-up comedianne, and a super geek when it comes to sci-fi/fantasy shows, movies, books, and conventions.
